New Building Campaign
Plans for a New Building
We are excited to announce our plans for a new church building. This will include a new sanctuary (capacity approx. 250), offices, classrooms, meeting room, foyer, nursery, cry room, sound room, and bathrooms.

Our current building will be renovated to turn the sanctuary into a fellowship hall, expand the kitchen, and restructure the classrooms.
​
Our current modular building is on its last legs, so it will be retired when this new building is complete.

Building Layout
Sanctuary:
Vaulted wood beam ceiling, large windows, elevated platform with choir section, wooden pews, sound room & cry room with entrances from the foyer

Sunday School Rooms:
Large (18x24) adult Sunday school rooms, 18x28 classrooms for 1st-3rd (sink), 3-5 year old (bath), two nursery rooms with bathrooms

Offices:

In Front of Sanctuary—
Office for secretary, copier/work room (10x12), library/meeting room (17x28), bathrooms

Financial Commitment
Total Estimated Cost: $6,000,000
​
Cash on Hand:
$2,072,736 as of 12/31/2024
We'd like to leave $500,000 in savings for emergency fund, which leaves about $1,500,000 available to use toward building (25% of total)

Financing:
$2,500,000 financed through the bank and/or savings bonds
​
Contributions:
$2,000,000 needed from up-front contributions required to start

We can only begin this project if we have both the financing and up-front contributions in place. The building committee has reached this proposal after about a year of consideration, taking into account all areas of our needs as a church.
